RAC has long and diverse experience. Each member of the staff brings unique talents and capabilities to every project. Our combined resources result in a totality of concept and execution that flows naturally from a truly integrated working relationship between staff and client. Ron Cooperman, president and founder, has been professionally engaged in sales, marketing and advertising for over twenty-five years. Initially educated in engineering Ron underwent extensive formal and on-the-job-training in electronics. He completed his undergraduate degree in economics, an MBA in marketing, and is currently finalizing his doctoral dissertation in international business-to-business advertising. Ron is responsible for research, strategic planning and sales training. An experienced copywriter he also produces creative concepts in conjunction with two talented graphic designers. Merrill Crowell, art director, brings twelve years of graphic and exhibit design experience in trade shows, museums and print advertising to RAC. She has worked for a variety of clients including the US and French governments. Merrill has a BS in communications as well as an MA in graphic design. Rich Kushnier has over twenty years experience in graphic design. He has an extensive knowledge of printing and has worked for a wide spectrum of clients from power generation utilities to pharmaceutical manufacturers. Rich has a BA in graphic design and has been associated with RAC for ten years.
